学院现有教职工91人，其中高级职称教师35人（含教授5人），硕士研究生导师4人，博士（含在读）20人，江苏省“333”工程培养对象1人，江苏省“中青年优秀骨干教师”3人，全日制在校生1597人。学院开设英语（师范）、英语、日语、朝鲜语、德语等5个本科专业；建有英语系、日语系、朝鲜语系、德语系和大学外语教学部；设有外国语言学研究所、应用翻译研究所、日语语言文化暨日企文化研究中心、TESOL研究中心、中等日语教育研究中心等科研机构。“中国文化经典海外传播与接受研究”为省级重点建设学科方向，外国语言文学学科为校级重点学科，“外国语言符号学创新研究团队”为校级重点建设团队，英语（师范）专业为校级特色专业，获江苏省卓越教师培养计划改革项目立项。近五年来，获得国家哲学社会科学基金项目3项，省部级研究项目10项。영어

The College has five undergraduate majors: English (Teacher's College), English, Japanese, Korean, German, etc. It has English Department, Japanese Department, Korean Department, German Department and University Foreign Language Teaching Department. It has foreign linguistics research institute, applied translation institute, Japanese Language Culture and Japanese Enterprise Culture Research Center, TESOL Research Center, etc. Secondary Japanese Education Research Center and other scientific research institutions. "Research on overseas dissemination and acceptance of Chinese cultural classics" is the direction of provincial key disciplines, foreign language and literature is the key disciplines at school level, foreign linguistic semiotics innovation research team is the key construction team at school level, English (normal) major is the characteristic specialty at school level, and has been reformed by Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Teacher Training Plan. Reform projects are initiated. In the past five years, we have obtained 3 projects from the National Philosophy and Social Science Fund and 10 research projects at provincial and ministerial levels.
