After friendly consultation, in line with the principles of mutual trust, common development and win-win cooperation, the two sides intend to carry out all-round strategic cooperation in new equipment, new technology application, education and training, clinical research, academic exchanges and personnel training, with a view to jointly promoting the research and development, technical application and scientific research of advanced medical devices.
